Develop your mindfulness with Ian Boyd, MSc. These classes are suitable for everyone, especially beginners. Please note the classes consists of relaxing, attention exercises, including meditation, as well as educational material, self-reflection and discussion. Each week usually has its own focus and practices. Mindful practices would set us up for our day to day lives.

Every Friday moning, 11am to 1pm for 5 weeks.
